At first the app worked great. I use it mostly for deposits, now it's a hassle to even get just one check processed. Every time I receive the "cannot read check" error. I literally have to set up a Photo Shoot Booth just to deposit a check after more than 10 tries. When the app first came out it didn't have those glitches. Another thing having to input the email address every time for every single deposit it's annoying it should by default send it to the email address registered on the the profile. Please address these issues, it is supposed to make it easier for your customers not harder or even worst than having to do a long slow line at the branch.

Muchas oportunidades para poder entrar. Las preguntas de seguridad q enseñan no son las escogidas por mi persona. Por ende provoca el q se bloquee. Deben solucionar esta oportunidad. No tengo el tiempo de estar llamando para desbloquear mi cuenta se me hace más fácil dejar de pagarles sin importarme el crédito. Yo no pierdo, pero ustedes si.

As trash as the bank itself. I closed my checking account, credit card and hopefully soon I will be done with my car leasing. The app is garbage. These people are banking in 1999. On top of that service is horrible. They make simple transactions extremely complicated. Closing a credit card took 4 phone calls and a branch visit, and God forbid you need to buy a "marbete" for your leased car. Always stressful. This financial institution should close forever.
