Basic banking app. No longer has the features I loved. I really enjoyed being able to deposit into other firstlight accounts but I can no longer do that without going into the bank and withdrawing from my account then depositing into my siblings accounts. You must now sign up for Zelle. I work at a bank (not firstlight) and have actually referred many customers to firstlight due to the fact that they don’t have to sign up for Zelle to deposit into other accounts and other services but I will no longer be doing that. I have been with firstlight for almost 10 years or maybe a little more and never really had an issue until recently.

The newest bill pay is a joke.  It takes twice as many steps to bay a bill.  They removed the ability to see what was paid the previous month when making the payment.  Payment confirmation button is useless it just moves you a quarter of an inch up the page. No actual confirmation screen.  I have no idea why they feel the need to improve something that already worked fine, especially when it looses functionality or requires many more steps to do the same thing.
