I have been so successful with this bank for years, I don’t know what to say but if asked I would say yes it’s reliable and trustworthy. One of the best banks in my country to save and sleep without having any fear but recently I have been having problems on my mobile app installation as it keeps saying device not found. I can’t login and no Otp sent but they will create a provision to insert Otp that’s not send and when I try to request for it they say failed try again and that’s what I keep getting. Please I need help.

The new update 2.8v crashes
The app crashes after 30 to 60 seconds of launching the app. You can barely get a transaction done without it crashing. Please fix!

Hide balance
Please include “ hide balance “ in the dashboard, so that not everyone can see your account balance. Like adding something like an eye, sobif click on it, the available balance will be hidden.
