Has potential
The app currently lumps all employment types together. Where I work our sales force is also our clients. It’s weird to be in the same bowl with your clients and the questions and advice they are do apply to employees leaving there to be a lot confusion.
Very Negative and Depressing
People are literally just there to rant, make fun of others or say discouraging things. This is especially for advertising-related bowls. I asked many genuine questions but never actually got real answer, only tone-deaf and negative answer. Real successful people in advertising don't actually use this app. Only sad and depressed one who lost their jobs actually did. If you want real answer seek out real person don't ask on fishbowl unless you have degration kink.
Was decent, but going downhill
Between months waiting for verification of my position, which could be done in 30 seconds, bugs changing what I post as—typically trying to add more information about my identify which they refuse to verify—this app has lost its appeal. Will likely delete the app and my account soon.

You really need to have anti bullying checks and balances- this is ruining people’s lives.
Invalid business email
So I was just trying to sign up with my professional email and wouldn’t let me saying to use your professional email…. I checked like few times and yes there was no mistake in my email. Obviously, I give zero stars.
Simple but can be better
The UI is clean and easy to use. But feed loading is slow.
Very little people there to have real discussions
When asking a question about real life or micro aggressions and how to circumvent the only responses you get is a person telling you your making it up. It’s not like it’s real executives giving good mentorship or advice it’s just another Reddit a worst Reddit
Nice idea, but beware.
Any individual can report you for any reason. So if you respond and answer honestly and tactfully, but someone disagrees with your post and wants to report you as trolling, this will cause a warning, suspension, or banning, with no recourse and the Fishbowl team does not respond to emails. So discuss with your peers, but be careful not to say anything controversial.
Not worthwhile.
WAY too many notifications, it’s overbearing. I deleted the app largely because of it. Good concept, but haven’t found it very useful.
