Mike Carroll’s Fit for Golf program is the real deal for anyone looking to support a golf centric workout program. The content is clear and the programs are easy to follow. As with any program you get out what you put in. Consistent training, patience, and focus, in conjunction with following Mike’s instructions, are key to long term success. I highly recommend Fit for Golf.
Mike has created a great app. Very easy to use with great options and lots of good information. I’ve been very impressed by the customer service. Whenever I have a question someone on staff gets back to me within 24 hours and is always very nice and very helpful.
I cannot recommend the Fit for Golf App and Mike Carroll’s workouts enough. Recently I decided to get more serious about my golf game and wondered how much improvement I would see from making my gym work more golf specific. I’d been powerlifting for a few years, and developed quite a bit of strength, but felt my club head speed was slow compared to my true potential. I started doing sessions with The Stack followed by the Contrast Training workouts 3 days a week (as recommended by Mike), and the results were incredible. My max club head speed has gone from 105 to 120mph in just 6 short weeks. Excited to see if I can reach 130mph completing the Mass, Force and Velocity program cycle. In addition I believe Mike’s workouts have had a positive impact on my swing mechanics. Many of the exercises give you the same sensations you have at different points in the golf swing. I’ve found it a lot easier to implement swing changes from my golf coach or reinforce the correct movement patterns. In combination with some lessons, since using the app I’ve gone from a 22 hcp to a 13. Looking forward to getting after it the rest of this year and seeing what I can achieve with the help of Fit for Golf
I’ve tried multiple fitness apps and previously used one regularly for bodybuilding style workouts previously. I did get good results but I wanted something that would build strength and translate well to golf. Mike Carroll’s Fit For Golf app is by far the best out there. You can tell Mike has put a lot of time and effort into this app and it shows with the specific programs. I’ve been using FFG for over two years now and my strength has increased in the gym and has transferred to allowing my body to swing faster with speed training and in the course. I can’t recommend enough.
Best bang for the buck in the golf fitness business! Mike Carroll has created a value priced premier app with programs for all ages and fitness levels. Programs are designed to be done at home with little or no equipment all the way up to a fully equipped fitness center. For better golf and physical fitness this app is a great choice!

I just subscribed to Fit For Golf in April 2024 and I am loving it. The workouts are very easy to follow. I have been doing the workouts as planned and have already noticed results. The app is very easy to use and is worth every penny of the low cost Mike charges to subscribe. If you are on the fence try it out and I bet you won’t be sorry!
I loved the old app but the new programs are a great change up. In the last several months I’ve lost 25 lbs with a diet change and the app has helped me hit the ball further than ever. Great job, Mike and team!
Trainer to the pro’s, FFG’s Mike Carroll, has redesigned the original FFG App, increasing the structure and usability in version 2.0. Programs for in-season, mass, velocity, etc. are adapted to your goals and golf/training season. Inside the program, you can substitute exercises for a single workout or across all future workouts, which is great for those with a physical limitation. Lastly, the “build your own” feature has a comprehensive library and is great for individuals working with a personal trainer and need a place to manage and store your training sessions in one location.
