I have tried so many trainers online and in person and by far this is the best ! The meals were so good and this all made it so easy to keep track of really does keep you accountable and james isnt just focused on your physical health he also help mentally and making sure your keeping your mental health as well which is so important. He really is in your corner !

I started using this app in the summer, and I love how it’s helped me boost my confidence and skill set at the gym. I went from a gym noob to ,what I feel is, intermediate, advanced level. I have never done so much in the gym in public. I’m not necessarily a super shy person, but I’d like to know what I’m doing before attempting. This app was great for giving me a workout regimen, a schedule to follow, showed videos on how to do it, also helped with tracking my food and calorie intake. I also loved how the workouts would increase as time went on. I was constantly challenged, and it never seems to be too much or too little. I highly recommend! I also highly recommend my Fitness Coach, James Elmer!

I love this app and how easy it is to enter, compare and track everything I do! I use my Apple Watch and sync the data when I am doing activities that are not part of my typical routine ( yoga, hiking etc) the photo portion is terrific for comparing your before and after progress. Huge motivator! And the macro tracker is very easy to see where you are at during the day.

This is the perfect app for keeping track of your meals, and marcos. It keeps you on track with your weight loss and keeps you motivated. I highly recommend this app for all your weight loss goals. Also if you are looking for a coach James is amazing. He is positive, motivating, and he keeps you accountable. James is also very understanding and listens to what you need and what your limitations are. You won’t be disappointed if you use this app or have James as a couch
