Amazing App and coaching!
I did the 12 week program with Ellen and I loved it! Ellen is an amazing coach. She listens to your concerns and struggles and supports you with everything. The information she provides during the program are tools to carry with you for life. The app itself is super easy to navigate and straight forward. I love the exercises offered and have created a new daily routine physically. The exercises can be done from home or a gym so there is no excuse to skip! I recommend this app to anyone and will continue to use it even though I am done with my program!

Amazing program
Absolutely loved this program. Ellen does a great job at explaining each exercise and the videos are great! If you decide to do the coaching program Ellen does an amazing job at teaching us how to be knowledgeable with our physical, mental, and gut health. Definitely recommend!
A great investment!
I completed the 6-week online coaching program and used this app and it was everything I needed and more. I’ve downloaded all the at home workout apps you could find and always felt shortchanged. With this program I felt like I truly invested in my health and education. This app has access to fantastic meal plans and food recommendation to begin your health journey. It’s a sustainable program that maintains its value. At home or on a trip I have everything I need to keep me on track in a seamless way. My favorite feature is the breakdown of workouts over days and the timer which make workouts easy. My biggest regret is not knowing about this earlier. Ellen is the sweetest and most encouraging coach you won’t regret it.

Fit in Twenty seriously changed my life! All of Ellen’s meal plans, workouts, and education taught me so much about health/wellness/fitness. I feel so much stronger and healthier after implementing all I learned and doing her daily workouts. It challenges you in the best way possible!
12 week program
This app is a game changer. I don’t have much free time and this app and program allows me to find and dedicate more time to myself while not feeling like my entire world needs to change. Ellen focuses on small changes at a time that allow us to be both physically and mentally in a better space. I love her tips on eating health and the progressing workout programs that are challenging but also doable. I totally recommend this app!!! I’m halfway though the 12 week program and I can always see so many changes in my daily life!!

This app is phenomenal and so doable! The workouts are short but effective, and I can do them anywhere. I travel a lot for work so the convenience is key! It helps me stick to my routine and stay consistent.

Best thing I ever did for myself
This app and this program is more than a nutrition and exercise guide. It’s a way to teach yourself how to love your body and how to fuel yourself to succeed. Before joining this app, I was discouraged and had a bad relationship with “eating healthy”. If only I did this sooner!!!! I am 7 weeks in to the 12 week challenge and I can already see the difference mentally and physically AND I am eating more than ever. This is a must download app!
