I am on day 14 and I feel great! I am over 200lbs and turned 50 this year. The workouts are quick and after doing 7 days in a row, I was significantly more flexible. I love the additional stretches available and I am hoping that there are more workouts after day 28! I don’t know how I can across this app, but I am so glad! One the way to better strength and fitness.

I battle fatigue, depression, zero motivation. I’m also a busy working mom with zero time for myself. This helped me get up and DO something. I always tell myself I’ll start working out and never do. This was a 15 minute workout that started easy and then pushed me to finish. This was Day 1 and I feel great after my first workout.
