Za tu dobu jsem shodil 5 kg a zároveň nabral svalovou hmotu – což je přesně to, co jsem chtěl. Hlavní důvod, proč to funguje, je jednoduchost: vyfotím jídlo, případně upravím gramáž položky a hned vidím, kolik jsem toho snědl. Žádné zdlouhavé vyhledávání v databázích, žádné ruční rozepisování receptů. Pro někoho, kdo má nabitý den, je to klíčové – kdyby zadávání trvalo dlouho, dávno bych to vzdal. Co mě překvapilo, je motivační stránka. Aplikace má v sobě formu gamifikace – sledování pokroku, denní cíle, reporting – takže se ke sledování vracím rád, ne z donucení. Z aplikace na hlídání kalorií se stal nástroj, který mi reálně pomáhá držet disciplínu v jídelníčku během tréninkové sezóny.
