This app get worse by the day
I have had so many issues with this app. Now for some reasons, 1h workout get 3 or 4 more exercises and if I reduce the workout duration.... the number of exercises stays the same. SO PRACTICAL! :/

No need to pay for personal trainers
Used this app for over 12 months, it was great and I’ve seen a lot of gains but more recently, they have changed something that has completely changed the way workouts are served and created. There doesn’t seem to be anymore variation, I can get the exact same workout the next day, the upper/lower splits have stopped working and I now need to manually change, the one set max parts of the workouts have completely disappeared, I haven’t done one in months. I don’t know why the changes but you’ve made something that was great and are now turning it into something bad, and I’m not really sure why 🤷♂️
It’s such a easy straightforward app to use gets you to hit your targets, and when you use it regularly it’ll begin to push you a little more each week. If you’re lazy like me and want amazing workouts handed to you this is the app 😃
Hi, I love how convenient and user friendly this app is. It has many features that allow you to modify your exercises depending on your circumstances etc. I’m hoping you can also add plyometric exercise which I think is gaining popularity due to its focus on athleticism and improving joints(?) etc. Is this something doable for fitbod? I’ll happily put 5 stars if this can be added too! Please let me know. Thank you!
You guys have the weirdest workouts (frog pump and much more) but not even the most basic ones like Barbell Reverse Lung and others. Seriously.
Looks like a good app to be used for a structured training. Only used the trial version so cannot make any comments on how this app suggests and adjusts activities for long-term goal achievements. Takes a bit to get used to, some small improvements could be made in the way activities are being logged while being performed. Once one gets the hang of it, this app could be quite useful.

I’ve been using FitBod for a while now, great app and easy to use. Integration with Apple match is good, though I still don’t understand why they don’t integrate with Garmin Connect, this remains a mystery.
After using the app for a while it seems to have stopped evolving and learning as I have trained. I’m constantly adjusting the weights to suit me weather that is up or down. It is also missing some common gym equipment so hopefully this gets updated at some point. Great for beginners but needs more as time goes on
