The app is super laggy even on the newest iPhone 15 pro, especially when using low power mode... The only app I know to have such problem..
I love the app but every so often my available equipment settings are changed. For example, I’ve specified my available dumbbells but it is now asking me to complete a set with something I don’t have. For some reason it won’t even let me edit my available dumbbells in my existing profile so it looks like I will need to recreate my gym profile. This is probably the third time I’ve had to do this in the last year.
I have tried 10+ various workout apps available in AppStore and this is in my view the best app currently available. I appreciate in particular the possibility to specify own equipment and training suggestions based on recovery of particular muscle groups. Regular updates also show that the developer works on further improvement of the app which is nice confirmation that my subscription is well invested.
I’m working out for more than 10 years so I consider myself as experienced :-) I’ve tried this app because of my workout routine and it change it all. App generates trainings based on your setup (if you lift and how much) - and of course, for the fresh muscles. Only thing that Could be better is list of exercises that you did with graph ans achievements. This part is really bad and missing!
I like using the app for not having to think about what to do in the workout as well as for logging. However, the app seems quite laggy. (using on iPhone X) I'd love to see a more polished UI. Then it'll be 5 stars! Also, please support music control on Apple Watch.
Používám doma už několik měsíců a jsem velice spokojen. Moc se mi líbí, že si můžu vybrat jaké mám vybavení. Podle toho mi pak skládá plán cvičení. U všech cviků je animace a základní popis jak cvik provést. Nejlepší je, že člověk si nemusí sám vymýšlet trénink. Appka nabízí rozumné nastavení a cviky dávají smysl. Alespoň tedy pro začátečníky. Za ty dvě stovky měsíčně je to výborná investice do zdraví. Hvězdu dolů dávám jen za to, že nelze nějak rozumně sledovat pokrok. Člověk musí najít jednotlivý cvik v db a u něj pak sledovat jednotlivé atributy. Což je celkem otrava.
Pro: UX, databaze cviku je obrovska, umi generovat workouty podle cile a v podstate nepotrebuje uzivatelsky input. Pamatuje si vahy a zveda/snizuje automaticky. Proti: laguje, klidne v polovine workoutu spadne, startuje delsi dobu, casto nereaguje. Generovana skladba cviku neni idealni (izolak, izolak, compound na konec) + muscle confusion je blbost.
