Often unreliable, sometimes unsafe
The app not only crashes randomly in the middle of a workout, but often recommends the weight you should use. The weight is either randomized or uses an unsound algorithm. I normally do rows with 20kg for 8 rep, the app however suggests 50kg for 8 reps. More than twice what I can use. The randomly generated workouts are just that - random. You may as well be throwing darts towards a chart full of exercises. The other functions are fine; timers, exercise list, videos, body chart, rested muscle groups, etc. But free apps get this right as well. Some paid for apps in the same price range also offer better logs with charts. The only reason I still use this app is because I made the mistake of paying for it - don’t do the same.
