I suck at putting together gym routines. After trying every app there is, FitBod is the only one that cuts it. Straight to point, easy to set up or change as your goals change. Fun to use. I use this app to stay motivated and it actually works
Veldig enkel og grei app, planlegger treningsøktene for deg. Lært msnge nye øvvelser og trener mer variert en jeg gjorde før.
Smart app å bruke hvis du sliter med å komme opp med et sikkelig program som pusher deg selv. Stol på prosessen! Begynte å bruke denne appen fordi jeg gjorde det samme hver push/pull/legs økt. Her kan jeg få varierte øvelser og det bidro til min treningsglede.
The app itself is alright, but the subscription fee is way too high. Seems almost like the devs dont want people to use the app..
The app lacks a lot of exercises and has a bad ai to select exercises for you. Some muscle groups are totally ignored and the AI (lack of AI) doesn’t understand that improving in one exercise improves others.
Used it every day for a year. Great variation and makes me look forward to gym time.
This app is so easy to use, and track your sets, reps, and Even your progres from weakly, mountly and Even yearly, and much more, highly recommended❤️💯💯
It's calories estimate burned during workout is usually of with about 1/3. It's muscle estimated wear is of about 80% especially for my legs (14 minutes with ju.ping jacks had my legs destroyed for three days and not just a 16% use as app calculated). But you can adjust this yourself manually. It's not so intuitive as fitify and other apps as weather you should do 17 sets in a row with no rest in same exercise makesittle sense for me. This you can also controll manually and and timer. It also is lacking in joint warm ups , stretching and cooldowns. Otherwise it is the best app u Tried for following s program and changing between home/garage workout and gym.
