More workouts in the future and maybe rehab modifications
Love the app, it's easy to navigate around, but wish there were more wrist exercises for those who do calisthenics and struggle with weak wrists. Otherwise, I wish there were more exercises that you also get around rehabilitation, such as internal and external rotation with shoulders with manual in horizontal, i.e. lying on the floor, and more exercises that can also be modified with loop bands for people who struggle with joint pain when they use weights in the beginning.

Appen tilpasser enkelt ut ifra utstyr man har, mål man har og dagsform. Enkelt å justere øktene som er satt opp, mulighet for å lagre favorittøkter. Godt utvalg av ulike øvelser. Gode videoer og beskrivelser. Har brukt appen i to år, og aldri vært bedre trent eller hatt mer treningsglede enn jeg har nå.

A personal trainer I never knew I needed
The programs really make me break a sweat! I love the option to swap exercises that are too challenging for me while still focusing on the same muscle group.
Four stars because there are still some exercises missing that are suitable for home workout. (Maybe it’s just me… either way, it could be more intuitive or easier to find exercises you can do at home.)

Very useful app
This app was built for people by people. I like the interface, I like functionality. It is very cool idea to have understandable video instruction to every exercise and have a possibility to make replacement of the exercise. I didn’t find any bugs, all the element on their places and working as expected. “Just shut up and take my money”🤣.
Foreløpig den beste treningsappen
Har prøvd en del treningsapper i mine treningsperioder.
Nå har jeg testet denne på tre økter og det er foreløpig den beste jeg har vært borti til nå.
Savner integrering mot pulsklokker fra for eksempel Polar og Garmin, men det har jeg ikke opplevd på andre apper jeg har vært borti heller. 5 stjerner om dette dukker opp i framtiden.
Lite minus at man må kjøpe årsabonnement, de burde gi flere alternativer.
Good app, but
I wish the re count didn’t cap at 29. I often do light weights for reverse calf for instance and the app does let me plot in my actual rep count. Ive had this issue often with other exercises as well.
Nice but lacks
Good app. But it would have been nice if your notes regarding each exercise would be saved in exercise history and you could see them next time you did an exercise
