I paid for a year but this thing got stuck and i cant get it out of the workout.

Incredibly buggy syncing between Apple Watch and iPhone

The app itself has great features—if only it works properly. Every single workout I do with FitBod on my iPhone and Apple Watch there would be incidents where my logged sets just disappear in the middle of a workout and reset to 0. Or the clock would reset to 0:00:00 and not start again unless I end the workout and start a new one. Or I would log sets on the watch and it doesn’t appear on the phone app unless I restart the app. Please fix this problem because it’s not an isolated case (I’ve used it already on multiple devices) and it happens all the time.

Sync to apple health suddenly stopped working

Please fix Sync to apple health doesn’t work anymore. It sometimes work, sometimes it doesn’t. I have background app refresh turned on on both my watch and iphone. What happened??

I have download every workout app on my phone, searched “best workout app” multiple times and believe me this is the best one I found. You can use it for home workouts, only bodyweight, and if you go to the gym. Very versatile and thorough. Has progressive overload and designs a workout routine based on what available equipment you have. I have two suggestions thought. Please add a deload week and much more thorough form instructions of exercises. And yes each exercises has a video guide and instruction.

So amazing! Like a good personal trainer, this one adjusts to your goals, needs and means! I like how it threads the line between what you want and what you need to do well into your goals. I have recommended it personally to all my friends and they are all so far just as much as user as I am of this amazing app

Incomplete Workout App

Performance -App lags consistently. Videos load very slowly even with 250MBPs internet and low latency. Recording of reps and weights resets on its own losing your progress for weeks even months. Content -Creation of workout is very basic and repetitive. Does not provide good alternative exercises but instead focuses on higher reps every single workout. (e.g. same workout as you did before but add 5 reps) -Exercise library is WAY TOO LIMITED. Lots of TRX exercises that are missing such as bicep and tricep alternatives that can easily be found online. Resistance band exercise library is way worse. -Switching from kilograms to pounds is literally just a conversion of kgs to pounds and did not even consider standard plates in pounds. Who has 11.02 lb plates?!?! -Ended up customizing my own workout most of the time and with such limitations since many exercises I know are not even there. -Limitations won’t be noticed the first few months but will start to show by the third month and so on. Great idea, ugly execution. Shame that I spent a 1 year subscription on this.
