Am a big fan and been using it for two years now. But after the Oct 2024 update inputting numbers manually became less intuitive - the previous version was better. Just a feedback and hope you can do something on the next update

It really makes working out easier because you no longer have to think about what you want to do every session. Makes it more frictionless to get going
No so intuitive. Ideally I was looking for the app to create a weekly workout routine for me and guide along the way. For sets, I can’t see the timers and hard to follow..
It used to work great but since last year it gets worse and worse with every update. - videos won’t load, - some gif thumbnails won’t load - weird exercise recommendations (ie. one exercise 2kg and one after is 15kg) - videos won’t save offline even though I selected it in the settings - some exercise look the same but have different name
I have been using this app consistently for two years. It’s the best among all that I have tried. Really like that they have expanded the options to add more type of equipment , goals and interval training. I hardly need to go to the gym anymore. I hope you will keep improving with every version upgrade. 👍🏼 maybe a suggestion to add a cycle syncing option for us female as we can’t be doing the same workout all throughout our monthly cycle.
Absolutely hate the new look, will not be renewing the subscription. It is loud and clunky with hardly all the info isn’t appearing on one page, as the graphics have got stupidly big. This is one example of it wasn’t broken so don’t fix it.
After the latest update it doesn’t sync with my Apple Watch.
This is by far my favourite training app. The three free workouts sold me and I’m subscribed to their monthly plan. This offers the flexibility for workouts, down to the equipments we have and the types of workout we want to do. E.g. if i don’t like to do burpees, the app offers a list of exercises i can replace it with that uses the same muscle groups without me even having to do any research. The level of customisation is insane. This is my first time paying for a workout app and this will definitely be my last because this is the best you can ever have. The video and written tutorials are helpful as well!
This is the best fitness app I have found on the iPhone. I particularly like it how it tailors your workout exactly to what data it collects from Apple Health. For example, if you go for a long run it will probably skip intense leg workouts. Since I do home workouts only, been able to add your own equipment and having the app figure out what workouts are appropriate is awesome. However, the following features would be very welcome. 1) You can set the available weight for dumbbells, but not for barbells. Often in a home gym you will not have all the available barbell weights. Same with the Trap Bar and EZ Bar. 2) I have the same issue with loop bands, it would be nice to be able to set the resistance of your available loop bands into the available equipment. 3) Adding a weight vest option into available equipment would be great for body weight workouts. I have a weight vest, but adding additional weight to each workout is difficult. If these options get added, I will probably never go to a gym again :)
Have been using this app for the past 2 years and I think that it is great. However it was time to upgrade my iPhone 8 to a XR. Downloaded the app into my new phone and logged in. Found that the app synced about half of the workouts on my iPhone 8. Tried it a number of times to no avail and decided to write into the help desk. Claire for the help desk responded within 24 hours which is good. Had 2 messages with her in a timely manner. Her advice involved creating a backup, deleting the data on my iPhone 8 and then reloading the data to my 8. I tried it and now I had lost my full data set and there was even less data left on my 8! I sought her advice again but it’s been now 48 hours and there is just silence. I love what the app can do but the ability not to sync to a new phone properly as well as bad advice just doesn’t hack it anymore when there are so many other apps to choose from. Especially when you care about your progress.
