Do not order from this place. The food is actually disgusting. Undercooked raw fish, prawns that haven’t been cleaned. Am half way through the 20’day meal plan and going to cancel though I know I won’t get a refund. They should not be allowed to operate in Dubai or anywhere

It all started from day one the food smell bad, it's old, the taste is so bad, i requested a milk free because my lactose intolerance  is not good they did not do it, they argued about having white sugar in the food that i also did not want, the delivery service is bad

١. الاكل غير نظيف و سببلي تسمم 3 مرات (اول مرة قلت يمكن انا مو متعودة و عشان التغيير بطني تعبت، ثاني مرة قلت يمكن انا كلت شي ثاني او بسبب التوتر و ضغوطات الحياة، وقفت النظام و كانت اموري جدا طيبة. رجعت فعلت الاشتراك و رجعت تسممت والله اني ما نمت الليل من الالم و الاستفراغ عزكم الله)
٢. اكثر من مرة وصلني الشراب ريحته خميرة و باين انه خربان.
٣. طلبت الغاء الاشتراك و استرداد المبلغ لباقي المدة بس رفضوا.
1. Food is not prepared cleanly as I got sick 3 times since I consumed their food. The first time I thought it’s just because of changing my food suddenly, second time I thought there were other reasons such as stress or so, then I paused my membership and my stomach was back to normal again and I was fine. Once I resumed my membership I got very sick again after consuming their meals.
2. I received spoilt drinks (tea and lemonade and lemon mint) they smelled funky and definitely tasted terrible. I had to spit it out. I complained and they started providing fresh and better drinks.
3. I requested to cancel my membership and refund the amount for the remaining days but they mentioned they do not provide refunds.

I don’t care about the refund anyway health comes first. Not going to continue with this plan.

I do not recommend them at all. Very bad.

Food taste is not pleasant.

I end up throwing away majority of the dishes.

### *---- "Unlicensed Scammers and Food Poisoning"
The company is unlicensed and the food quality is possibly the worst you could get from a meal plan. Salads come already spoiled and the drinks turn into goo if you even keep them in the fridge for more than 16 hours. 
Test out the theory, ask them for proof they’re licensed or to show a UAE trade license which any company is required to provide to all customers upon request. 
Will be filing a complaint with the authorities.

Delay in response from account manager and affected my meal choices for the 1st day . When I reached out they blamed me without reaching a soloution and when I asked for refund they denied . No response at all from their side . 

Honestly don’t recommend since they are not based in UAE that’s why they feel protected
