Es muy buena para poder aumentar o disminuir peso. Tiene muchas herramientas como por ejemplo el código de las cosas para registrar la información nutricional.
No la recomiendo
La versión pagada no tiene sentido, onda son cero creativos con las comidas, no te da nuevas opciones para lograr tu meta calórica, de verdad no la usen.
Cuenta calorías
La nutricionista me dejo una dieta de 1200 calorías y sentía que no estaba cumpliendo, me encanto esta aplicación porque puedo llevar un registro de las calorías diarias consumidas y así mantener mi dieta
Excelente app
La interfaz es buenísima. Muy fácil de usar, cómoda y ordenada.
Falta bloqueo
App muy intuitiva y simple. Faltan más ideas de menús para veganos y vegetarianos y lo más importante ya que uno se toma fotos en poca ropa para ver el progreso es que tenga clave de acceso.
