Track your warmup/set/rest time in interval trainings, and workout history: high-intensity interval training (HIIT), tabata, Time Under Tension, etc :
- Custom warmup.
- Multiple warmup exercises.
- Custom set and rest duration (or no rest) for each exercise with duration goal
- Custom number of workout sets
- Next button to move to the next exercise if you finish the current one early or hit your duration goal.
- Pause stopwatch automatically at the end of a set/rest.
- Customizable next exercise: skip or choose a different exercise if the planned exercise is not available and you can return to it later.

I am a data person and enjoy being able to keep track of my metrics and gains over time. This app makes it really easy to keep a log of reps and what I did; would highly recommend!!!

Maybe I misunderstand what the app what supposed to be, if so that’s my fault and will change my review... I was under the impression (due to the title) that this app would help me keep pace/time with reps for timing. This app does not do that, if you are looking for a timer with intervals you will be pleased. If you are looking for a more paced/metronome-sque app, this isn’t it. This morning I had to keep my phone in my line of vision to keep on pace, not fun.

The screens are a mess with text overlapping, etc. The math in this app is weird. I created a workout that included no warmup, just 4 sets of 2 excercises - one 30 seconds long and the other 4.5 minutes long - and the app calculated that as a 40 minute workout. This app would be nice if it was cleaned up a lot.

Best app for T.U.T

This is by far the best out there for timing time under tension workouts. The ability to have a programmable stopwatch as opposed to just a countdown timer is sensual for maximizing those workouts and this app delivers! Keeping a workout log automatically is also one of the best features you won't find elsewhere.

Hard to set up. Freezes when you try to open anything else on your phone -- like music. Does not work on Apple Watch at all. Waste of my time.

Great for my workout

I found this very useful for timing my intensive exercises and the Apple Watch functionality is great too - none of the other workout apps I tried had it. The author should start charging money for this!
