This app is great! My personal goal is pushing me to my limits and motivating me. My goal is to get my dream body. And look good for the summer. And the workouts on this app is helping me a lot. I recommend this app to anyone who wants to workout!!
Program was supposed to be for elderly with some difficulty with exercise, it was not true and they refused to give me a full refund after trying it out the first day, finding out it was not meant for me. I had enough bad advice! No way was it doable even for some healthy 50 year olds! Took a partial refund and they pocketed the rest. If you have limitations, this is definitely not worth it!
Workouts were NOT working with physical limitations. I filled into my profile that I have knee and back issues and all the workouts I got put extra strain on my knees and back causing some significant and unnecessary pain.
Day 2 was very hard for me
I need to stand or sit and not get on the floor
I appreciate this app., because it allows me to customize my exercise by taking into account my physical limitations!

For a 79 year who has not done much exercise for awhile I could not do all of the exercises. Way to hard.
I need some modified movements it seems I can’t even do the exercises I may just be so out of shape I just need to do the exercises again
