Never got to workout
After paying $39.95 for a three month subscription, I never could actually get access to my workouts, even after emailing back and forth with customer service multiple times! Not happy at all with this

Could tell it’s getting a wee bit harder but I did it… yay

I signed up for chair workout and ended up with premium. Stopping payment
Account doesn’t sync between iPad and IPhone
I have been enjoying the app, but decided to do it using my iPad so it’s easier to see. Well, I’m not starting over on my 30 day challenge! What use is it to have an account if your info doesn’t follow you between devices??!! You might as well just store info locally. Grrrr…

Simple movements make you feel more in tune with your body.
Look forward to routine
Easy to commit to daily—-effective target areas.
Stretching
It was perfect. Just prefect time to get the right movements and able to focus.
Too easy
But overall good stretches
Not the best.
They should let you know that the program is 30 days, and if you start another one it starts over. Plus, you get sarcastic emails from them if you miss a day!
Perfect senior workout
This is the best workout program I've used. It's easy to manage and gives me just the right amount of challenge. Highly recommend !
