Most fitness apps hand you a generic plan and walk away. FitMentor goes deeper. Powered by Google's Gemini AI, your coach learns your goals, your strength, your schedule, and your real performance — then adapts your training and nutrition in real time. AI THAT LISTENS Tell your coach anything — "90kg is too heavy today", "I'm traveling next week", "I want to start running" — and watch your plan adjust instantly. Your coach remembers your injuries, preferences, and PRs. WORKOUTS BUILT FOR YOU Personalized strength programs based on your fitness level, available equipment, and time. Every session includes warm-ups, progressive overload, and rep ranges matched to your goal — body building, slim down, or general fitness. NUTRITION DONE RIGHT Daily meal plans with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. Realistic prep times, your allergies respected, ingredients you can actually find. Shopping list auto-categorized in the app. LIVE ACTIVITY + DYNAMIC ISLAND Track your sets, weights, and reps right from your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. Tap "Next Set" without unlocking your phone. Adjust weight on the fly mid-set. ADAPTIVE COACHING FitMentor watches every set you log. Hit your reps? Weight goes up. Struggle? Same weight next time. Repeated misses? Auto-deload. No more guesswork — just smart progression. FRIENDS & LEADERBOARD Add friends, send workout invites, compete on the streak leaderboard. Stay accountable with the people who push you. HEALTHKIT INTEGRATION Sleep, steps, and weight sync from Apple Health — your coach factors recovery into every recommendation. WHAT MAKES FITMENTOR DIFFERENT • A coach that talks back — not a static template • Plans that change as YOU change • Real progressive overload based on YOUR logged numbers • Daily check-ins, weekly plan refreshes, automatic gap-filling • Designed in SwiftUI, native, fast, beautiful Whether you're starting your first push-up or chasing a 1RM, FitMentor coaches you like a pro trainer who knows you personally — for a fraction of the cost. 14-day free trial, then $9.99/month.
