Во время использования приложения на 14 pro max в тренировках при нажатии на секундомер, когда необходимо засечь время отдыха, приложение полностью вылетает. Приходится заново заходить. По этому ставлю 4 звезды. До этого на Андройд работала без сбоев.
Pretty good
I like that there are a lot of exercises listed and that I can add others. It makes it easy to see prior workouts for progressive overload. I would like some way to record supersets

I will recommend theses to anyone that goes to the gym, it really does help believe me. It makes it so you know what workouts are for the specific body part u re trying to target and also how to perform each workout with the right form.

Perfect for my needs!
I always want to keep track of my lifts and how much weight/how many reps I’m doing. I was writing everything in a notebook and it sucked to keep track of it as I was making my way around the gym. Someone recommended this app after I had tried others and was not satisfied. This app does exactly what I needed. Keeps track of my workouts and allows me to write notes for the next time I do the same lift. It is excellent and I recommend it to anyone wanting to keep track of progress.
