Worst app couldnt cancel the subscription they will say free 3 day trial gets all our bank details and wont give the option to cancel subscription
After eagerly purchasing a subscription I discovered that the app’s iOS requirements exceed that of my older iPhone. I plan on upgrading but not immediately, so I emailed support multiple times requesting a refund. I always get an auto reply then there’s no attempt to contact me to resolve this. I’m assuming it’s a scam or they just don’t care.
I love this app it’s easy to follow and straightforward
While the app seems great from a UI design perspective, I put in that I'm a ***beginner*** at weight lifting and that I moderately exercise, and it recommended I start with incline bench at 140LBS... and dumbbell bench at 55LBS on each free weight.... in what world is someone who has never lifted before going to be able to start at 55LBS in each hand?!? If I wouldn't know better (thank goodness I have common sense), I would not only risk embarrassing myself trying to start with these weights (which would detriment someone less confident than myself, who had the courage to start their workout journey) - but would also seriously risk injury, which would more than just the physical injury itself, make someone feel extremely defeated. Either their intro questions aren't specific enough, or their AI software needs readjusted. There's no way I'll pay for an app this careless
I really enjoy using this fitness app. The simplicity is great, and overall, it serves its purpose well. However, I have a few suggestions for improvement: 1. More Data Visualization: It would be incredibly helpful to have more charts and graphs to track my progress. Insights into which weights and reps are most effective for me would add significant value. 2. Cardio Tracking: Please add features to track cardio activities such as running, biking, swimming, and rowing. Cardio is a vital part of any complete fitness routine, and having the ability to track it within the same app would be very convenient. 3. Advanced Workout Planning: It would be great to plan workouts at least a week in advance, including the ability to designate rest days. A better visualization for planned workouts would help in organizing my schedule more effectively. 4. Improved Exercise Search Functionality: The app's search function could be enhanced to recognize common synonyms for exercises. Many machines at my gym are referred to by different names, and accommodating these variations would make finding exercises easier. 5. Exercise Notes: Allowing users to take notes on exercises would be very useful. For instance, I might want to note "pain in left shoulder last time" or "working on keeping elbows closer together to target a specific area." This feature would help track progress and avoid injuries. 6. Optimized Exercise Order: The app could get smarter with the order and type of exercises suggested. Grouping exercises by type (e.g., free weights vs. machines) would minimize unnecessary movement between sections of the gym. For example, avoid switching from a traditional rack to a Smith machine setup mid-routine. 7. More Exercises: Simply adding more exercises to the app's database would be beneficial. I would like to see more recovery and mobility work including calisthenic movements.
These apps are the worst..No fitness app should need to know my name. Just give me an app I GET TO CHOOSE what I want and not have to personalize a program THIS APP has no clue how to generate for me then charge me for INCORRECT information..Don’t waste your time let alone you money
I haven’t ran into a fitness app this functional since bodybuilding.com updated their platform a few years ago. The workouts are easy to follow, it’s easy to update weight used as you go. Highly recommended. 90 bucks a years for a plan that I will actually use and not get bored with is a no brainer.
I went through the whole plan making process only to discover it’s $80 sumthin a year! Looks like a cool app though if your willing to pay.
I was expecting much more since”AI” being unmatchable technology, however; do not set your expectation high.
This app does not provide a way to disable or cancel your subscription. They charged my discretionary card when the account was low and CONTINUED TO DO SO UNTIL MY DEBIT CARD WAS LOCKED. I had to delete my account because no unsubscribe button. Now not only is my account seeming to still be there but I’m getting attempts to charge my card every day. This is ridiculous and a borderline scam for your money. Great app but don’t get if you might EVER want to unsubscribe because they won’t let you even after multiple email attempts. This app should be removed from the store for malicious subscription practices!!
