Nationally recognized Muscle Activation Techniques MATRx Full Body Specialist, Certified Yoga Therapist  C-IAYT, and Certified Yoga Instructor E-RYT 500 Lauren Eirk, MS provides a thorough, biomechanically-based approach to help your pinpoint your weak areas, correct strength imbalances, reduce pain and inflammation, and restore mobility.

Your subscription includes:
> Unlimited access to the complete Fitness Integrated Science On-Demand Video Library with hundreds of videos that you can watch 24/7 plus new video content added each week.

> Unique isometric and therapeutic routines to improve muscle contractions and reduce joint pain.

> Specific exercise routines for ailments such as osteopenia, osteoporosis, joint replacement, joint injuries, chronic pain, loss of balance, loss of mobility, and loss of strength.

* All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal at least 24-hours prior to the end of the current cycle. Any unused portion of your free trial will be forfeited upon payment. Cancellations are incurred by disabling auto-renewal.

I’ve tried all the fitness apps (I see you Peloton and Beach Body!). This is the only app I’ve been able to “stick with it.” My body feels better after working out w Lauren. And the results are in my injury-free tennis game, loose clothing and better posture all day long. It feels like I’ve grown two inches taller! And if you sit all day, you will looooove the many anti-sitting offerings.

### ***** "Organized and easy to find what you need"
This app has just what I’m looking for to get back into fitness. Lauren had the workouts in categories for whatever you need for the day. She even has workouts set for the week if you have no clue what you want or need to do. She explains things in a way anyone can understand them. Her experience and her knowledge of being an instructor and MAT help me know that I am doing what my body needs. She helps point out that we need to listen to our body rather than push through it. Some days I don’t feel like I did much in the workout but I feel it the next day. This app is for everyone experienced and not experienced.

Lauren is caring , listens, knowledgeable and has kept me mobile and active after 2 back surgeries and 2 shoulder surgeries . Doctors told me I should stop being so active and find other sports that are easier and shorten my activity time .
 Lauren , who has been through a lot of injuries herself and understands athletes,  (being one herself ) has changed my world and kept my outlook bright. Her MAT sessions as well as her phenomenal vast selection of training sessions on her app/tv are incredible.

I spent many years working out doing things that weren’t exactly right for my body and needs. I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. I was lucky enough to find fitness integrated science TV by accident on Instagram and immediately came to find their app. The quality of the workouts are awesome. It’s just like having a physical therapist with you during your workouts. It has completely changed the way that I exercise and my thought process. ### ***** "FIS App for Certified Personal Trainers …….. THE BEST."
As a personal trainer many of my clients come to me with injuries or issues from previous gyms or activities. It’s always a challenge to “fix” any issues as fast as the client would like which is why Lauren’s App is so critical to the overall program I design for my clients. The isometric, resistance and additional strength training videos work hand in hand with the work I can do in the gym with machines and extra weights. I give my clients suggestions on different videos so that the work we do in the gym is enhanced and keeps us on track to continue to make progress!  I personally do these videos every day which has been incredible for my own personal development and strength.  Weather you are brand new, just coming out of surgery, or simply need to keep your muscles and joints strong…… this is just the App you need and 1000% worth every penny!
