The upgrade to Premium provides access to the variety of training plans, collections, singles, meditations and sounds, audio coaches, and turns the advertisements off. You can choose from monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions, price varies by location.

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

Doesn’t let you cancel

Their instructions say to cancel through your active subscriptions but they are not listed there in order to cancel. There is nowhere else on the app to cancel and there is nowhere to log into their website to cancel. You’re basically stuck paying an annual fee and I’m sure they hope you just don’t realize it.

Possible scam

After multiple attempts to login after receiving a code, I was unable to login. Reached out to support and they told me that they saw my payment and I needed to reinstall the app and I would be good to go. Unfortunately, that was not the case after multiple attempts again to try and login, I failed. Reached out to support once again only to be told they were swamped and busy and would get to me in 24 hours that this is a possible scam.

Paid for 3 months and won’t Me sign in wit my code that was emails. Stupid robot face is making me answer all the same questions and making me pay for another subscription!!!

I bought wall Pilates I does not take you to that plan . Pitiful

No access

I’ve been a subscriber since 2021 and did like the app but with this last renewal I have no access. Support says they will help but I’ve sent in 3 emails already along with receipts and proof that I paid but no help. It’s a problem on their end but now I’m out the money until this case gets resolved. This is how they treat loyal subscribers
