It’s easy to use and is not specifically meant for going to the gym, people can use it at home as well!

Great app so far
This app has allowed me to add exercises to my routine with good instructions on how to do the exercise properly, great for all levels including beginners. One down side is I went to redeem a gift for access to another level and the app reset so it wouldn’t let me redeem.
