This app is absolutely amazing! It has everything you need under one app, the easiest to navigate! For such a well thought detailed app it is so simple and concise! I love that you’re able to track absolutely everything under one app including daily foods, water, weight, check ins, with a build in chat to speak with Zara! I can’t praise the app enough.

Anyone that is unsure whether to go with Zara just do it you will eventually just do it now! She is an amazing friend, amazing PT and genuinely helps mentally and physically. You call tell it’s her passion from how much she’s helped her clients and the effort she puts in which shows through results. Wouldn’t ever go anywhere else 💓
