### *---- "Waste of time"
This app cost me a lot of time spent on deleting a ton of duplicated workouts. I followed the instructions step by step, but instead of getting a sync of what was missing (Strava -> Apple Health), I got a sync of everything, which resulted in over 200 duplicates of what was already there. Fun. 

Additionally, this is either unfinished or never optimized for newer iOS versions - screens are glitchy, views broken and text is often invisible. It’s barely readable, and the UX is the worst. Really sorry to write this, but
I haven’t seen an app that bad since I had my first iPhone 3GS.
