I have been a member since COVID hit and the local gym closed! I loved it so much I never went back to the gym when it reopened. I love the variety of classes, the trainers are so pleasant and the site is full of advice if you choose or feel you need it.
App won’t open the first time I go to use it. It just freezes on the opening screen. It also doubles my workouts when I got to post it on my feed. Ex if I did a 12 minute work out it will have that same workout twice saying I did a 24 minute workout, . It doubles both the time and calories burnt. Not accurate. Could you had some cycling workouts and with some combos. Thanks!
I am being charged twice for the same subscription on one phone. And its impossible to get ahold of anyone
The very best APP I ever have. Each trainer is fantastic, I adore them all, and so much variety of work outs and meditations. Free. I sent so many friends to this APP and they thank me for life for that😊

It makes no sense that after paying for the PRO version, one cannot cast music using their smart Tv or Chromecast while working out. It’s redundant that the music can only be played and heard from the phone. Enable this functionality.
Up until last night I was able to manually start a workout but now it just says go to your phone to start a workout. I have sent requests for help to the app team and after 13hrs I still have not received any response. Very poor customer service!!! I was happy with the App until this point but when you have an issue and they don’t bother to respond to your request for help that changes everything.
This is a complete fitness App and great even on the Free version, something very rare for most apps. I went Pro because I wanted to access the programs and meal plans, which are awesome, but the free version offers an impressive variety of workouts with various lengths, target area etc. I love it !!
It’s a very good app I always ues the app if u cant sleep I recommend for people that cant sleep
