Amazing free workout app!

Amazing workout programs with great flexibility and variety ranging from cardio/HIIT to resistance and strength training. You have a TON of trainers to choose from, have the ability to add to favorites, length of workouts and intensity levels also vary depending on how you are feeling! This app has singlehandedly helped me get back on track with my fitness. Dropped almost 15 lbs in 6 months and counting. There is a premium feature if you want specific programs or diet plans that are weeks in length but I don’t find it absolutely necessary. You can be successful with the free version offered. Plenty of support groups and discussions boards also. My main criticisms are that I wish for my favorite workouts or past workouts I’ve done I could make a note-to-self on the dumbbells I used or my HR, etc. Just so I can easily track my next PR if I repeat it like months from now. I’ve done so many exercises that it gets hard to remember what weight I used last time or how I felt…the tracking would help me gauge my progress a bit better. Also wish the integration to calendar reminders for workouts I sign up for would be more seamless on my phone. For some reason, there are times I plan a week in advance and will add to my calendar (I strategically plan what target areas to work on for a specific day of the week) and suddenly they will auto-delete themselves and I’m back to trying to figure out what on earth I wanted to work on that day.

Great workout app that’s actually free (but add notes!)

Such a great fitness app for anyone starting or continuing a workout practice. I want to get stronger and this app has helped me feel more motivated to go to the gym each morning because I know I’ll have structure. I do mostly strength training with some cardio and have two suggestions: - add a place for personal notes after your workout. I want to be able to track the weight I was using for that specific video so I can go back and see my progress next time I do the same workout - add guided treadmill/ outdoor running- even if it’s just motivation, breathwork, reminders on form

App stopped working

I really like this app but after three or so weeks it just stopped working. I’ve updated my iPhone. I’ve checked for updates for the app. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it and even tried shutting my phone down and restarting. It works fine on my iPad.

Used to be great

I hadn’t used the app in a while so when I logged on today to see that all the courses are now something you have to pay EXTRA (most classes $20-30 extra) for on top of the original $30 per year, I was stunned. All the courses used to be included, and it was a much more feasible option for me over programs like Beach Body on Demand. I may just have to go back to that tho because I’m not paying an extra $30 for every course I’d like to take.

Something for everyone! Love the variety & trainers. Love how you can pick the length (and then string a few workouts together) and the level (keep it on the down low or amp it up). Love how we can set reminders and add workouts to calendar. There’s more too, it’s outstanding. My only wish is that for music choices we had more Earth, Wind & Fire, Chaka Chan, those type classics, but doesn’t effect the 5 stars and still love that we have choices!

I don’t want these goddamn notifications I only downloaded it once and I didn’t like it now it keeps sending me notifications.

Helps me be consistent. I’ve had both the free version and paid version and loved them both. The free version still gives a ton of workouts and I really like the variety of trainers (though I wish there was more body diversity), durations, intensities, and programs to choose from. I also love being able to add reminders that appear automatically on my calendar but keep having the same tech issues that don’t seem to get resolved regardless of troubleshooting: - Sometimes, the app gets “stuck” on the first screen when I launch it, so I have to close then reopen, which makes me lose my place if I’m launching a workout from a link on my calendar. - The workout reminders added to my calendar from my app appear in duplicates or even triplicates or more. - When I click on a calendar reminder link to access a workout and the app launches, the calendar event immediately disappears which means (a) if the app crashes, I can’t go back to find my place and (b) I can’t mark it as completed on my calendar (I like keeping track of my workouts), so I have to manually add the workouts to my calendar after the fact. Other than the issues I mentioned above, I’m a huge fan! There’s so much variety on the free version, including all of the workouts included in the monthly and other challenges.
