I got this package of a few home workout equipments worth 5000 INR. Firstly, the order was placed in the month of July but it got delirious in the month of October that too after multiple follow-ups, obviously had some unsatisfactory responses from FITPASS customer care. Further, after receiving the kit, the products which were received are absolutely of the cheapest and one of the worst qualities and price band. They are not worth of 5000 INR for sure, plus the added efforts which I made to get this delivered is what makes it highly disappointing. I was facing issue with fitpass watch(boat watch) which was part of my subscription and didn’t received after 2 months, where it was promised to give in 20 working days. This application doesn’t have proper chatbot where you can register your complain, bcs you won’t get any response for chatbot, and if you call to their customer care they don’t know any answer, they are just there to say we will escalate and you have to wait. Worst application and service ever, there are other option in the market. The nearest gym to my place was displaying 20 times entry in one month. But after I visited the gym for 5 days then suddenly the application reduces my entries to 5 days for that particular gym. Now I can’t use that particular gym. This is kind of a scam website. I am not going to use this application anymore. Also during the 1st or 2nd day of use, the application allowed a try in the gym anytime. But after that they also restricted the entry at the usual evening hours. Then the slots available was either evening 4 or then straight away after 9:00pm. This is very irritating application. In the beginning they will allow you to go for the gym on any time slot but slowly they will start providing you very restricted entry for good gym. I tried contacting customer care and there is no response. Somehow I got in contact of one of there employe Ms Khushi and she straight away said that their company can not do anything regarding this. And moreover the reply was so harsh. I highly recommend to not use this application. You all will end up irritating and loosing your money in the end. I am not going to renew my membership from next month for sure. However, my experience took a turn for the worse recently. I was suddenly informed that the gym (Pro fitness Charni Road) now has a "special status" limiting my visits to only 10 times, which came as a shock since I had not been informed about this change prior. Additionally, despite being assured of a 90-minute workout session, I was repeatedly told by the receptionist to limit my workout to 60 minutes. This inconsistency was frustrating and seemed unprofessional. Even after raising the issue, no action was taken to address it. The lack of clear communication and the disregard for previously promised services have significantly impacted my experience. I signed up for this membership because they promised an AI-powered fitness regime, along with a dedicated nutritionist and free health check-ups. What a joke! The AI-generated fitness plan is a complete disaster—nearly impossible to follow and constantly changing mid-workout (this being one of my issues). The only redeeming feature was the Fit Feast service, where the nutritionist was genuinely helpful and provided diet plans that were easy to follow. But customer service? It’s a total disgrace. Wait times are ridiculous—30 minutes or more, and sometimes they don’t even bother picking up. When I finally got through, they didn’t just ignore my issues; they were outright hostile! They blamed me for not understanding how AI works and completely dismissed my feedback. To make matters worse, the "fitness trainer" who was supposed to help me over call had the nerve to sigh, groan and put the call on hold constantly while I was trying to explain my issue, making it clear that my issue/feedback was nothing but an annoyance to her. On top of all that, I paid for services I couldn’t access (the health checkup), and no one from the company seemed to give a damn about resolving the issue. This whole experience has been a nightmare, and despite the money I put in, I’ve completely abandoned this brand.
