## Fitplan® Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great App!"
This is a great app to train with some of your favorite fitness trainers.
-- Ms.K305, 2025-06-24

### ***** "Muy efectivo"
Si no tienes idea de cómo empezar ni por dónde está es tu app de entrenamiento vez resultados y es muy útil organizándote lo ideal para ti y tiene muchísimos planes según vayas desarrollándote recomendadisimo
-- caramelo doll, 2025-06-24

### ****- "Clunky lately"
I’ve used this app for the last 4 years and really like it, but lately it’s very clunky, it takes a few second to register any action. Very slow, but beside that still pretty good. But you guys need to update your app
-- Grim_25, 2025-03-17

### ***** "LOVE FIT PLAN WITH MICHELLE LEWIN"
Just the best training app with Michelle Lewin
-- Gaia SB, 2025-02-24

### **--- "Glitchy"
Updated - again this app is so glitchy I’m going elsewhere. Newest - I have been unable to access my account / restore my purchase ( even though they are happy to charge me). And sure if you want to wait days and days to get an issue resolved call try to call customer service. Also very often the videos of an exercise is not even the right exercise. Just terribly built. Moving on - Agree with most - cool app but so glitchy it’s unusable. Tons of missing videos and so many don’t load or wait a minute to load. Spend some money and fix it no one has time to uwaste at gym.
-- Mptch7, 2024-12-19

### ***-- "Great workout plans but bad app"
I love the workout plans and the demonstrations. However, this app does not recognize that I have already subscribed for the fit plan. It keeps popping up a window to have restore my purchase or subscribe. Due to this, I can’t track any progress. Not being able to track progress is a must to be able to see the growth in oneself and stay motivated.
-- yashonest, 2024-11-28

### *---- "Review"
Horrible App and Customer service. My account renews every year automatically and I have been having trouble getting into my app and workouts. It won’t let me restore purchases or subscribe. I have messaged multiple times and haven’t gotten a response and it hasn’t been fixed. I want a refund.
-- TDenaut731, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Trash"
App is trash and make it a pain to cancel. Thanks for taking my money
-- kgghdhdhdjd, 2024-11-25

### *---- "Great app stopped working"
The app was great until it removed all of my favorite Trainer. The remaining workouts are basic and weak. Support yet has to refund me my money for renewal. All my workouts have zero videos. Terrible.
-- steinberginc, 2024-09-30

### ****- "Reset plan feature"
For the love of god stop being lazy and add the 10-15 lines of code for a function that allows you to reset a workout plan, ill even do it for free. Other than that, great app.
