## Fitstop Fitness Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Unusable"
Can’t even log in to the app due to a ‘JSON Parsing Error’. Fitstop need to develop a web app to use as a backup option.
-- Scorcher123, 2025-01-12

### *---- "Massive Downgrade"
Terrible app. Massive downgrade from where it was and it already wasn’t great.
-- Larcombe, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Poorly planned update"
Why does your app require access to my local network. This setting gives the app access to your network and potentially talk to any device on your home or office network. Also it asks for FULL access to your calendar, meaning the app can delete and read everything in you cal… poorly executed
-- Jojojc2224, 2024-12-14

### *---- "I’m so confused"
Yay can’t book any classes because I can’t get onto this new app. I go forgot password so I can create on and it’s say it sent me an email but the email never comes through
-- rover99, 2024-12-14

### *---- "No longer has performance tracking"
Bring back performance tracking like the old app please
-- Mahrap, 2024-12-12

### *---- "Forced update"
Well done people 👏🏻. Despite the promises, your forced update has managed to cancel my membership. I paid my weekly subscription Monday as I always do yet now the app is telling me I need to buy a package again to book in. Cherry on the cake is class times are AEST only. You know there are people in Oz that live in other time zones right? Excellent job all round at inconveniencing and annoying your members. 🤡
-- TheRealSlimDusty, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Profile not synched in new app"
Buggy experience with the new app - my profile didn’t sync between old and new apps. This means I have no sessions booked and I can’t book in new sessions as the app doesn’t recognize I have an active package. I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling the new app plus pull to refresh on homescreen, but profile isn’t synching.
-- saw.87, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Go back to old app"
Sure you can book a class but it’s lost all other functionality and all the recipes and extra workouts are gone so bummed this has changed. Old app was so much better
-- LBartsy, 2024-12-10
