## FITT Lab Powered by Ochsner Reviews in United States

### ***** "Holiday Schedule"
I wish the app would provide some information on each club’s schedule on holidays. For this past Labor Day neither the app nor the website did indicate if the Clubs were open or with limited hours.

### ***** "Water Aerobics with Liz"
Liz is the best! I love starting my week going to her class on Monday morning. It sets the tone for the rest of my day/week! Thank you Liz!! 😊
-- 🐈‍⬛ K, 2025-08-30

### ***** "Best app ever"
Omg this is the best app ever
-- Nolabug2;:$/):, 2024-08-18

### ****- "Easy to use"
I find it easy to access and schedule. When classes are full and there is a cancellation , I am notified
-- Water Aerobic, 2024-07-07

### ***** "YAY for me and you"
What a team we make. You for providing a surperior team and me for booking my place.
-- barb11/2020, 2024-02-28

### ****- "A bit confused"
Are the classes that I book for free? I can’t tell ..? Although I didn’t have to put a credit card in but I don’t know if I have to pay when I show up?

Also there are ZERO events on the calendar for seniors and that was a bit sad and disappointing to me. There are 131 group exercises but none in senior category. I would like to go to a stretching class with my senior mom to help her get a straighter back regularly. But no options open to me :( I am looking in the group exercises but so far see none specifically targeted for senior level.

Other than that, this app looks pretty cool and helpful and I will navigate more.

### ***** "Easy to use. One improvement needed."
Easy and simple to use. After the pandemic, I’ve only needed this app for scanning my barcode to verify my membership at the gym.

There is a needed feature when using the barcode. When displaying the barcode, the app needs to temporarily (and automatically) increase its brightness to allow for the barcode to be read. I shouldn’t have to do this by pulling down and menu and manually increasing it temporarily. All of the airlines do this when using mobile passes.
-- GBM2078, 2023-12-07

### ***** "FITLABB"
Enjoy all the classes, complete with full wet area, Sauna, Steam Room, Whirlpool and showers. Staff is professional, courteous and personable!
We also have a choice of fitness Centers in metropolitan area.
-- Unclealbert6969, 2023-04-23

### ***** "FITT lab"
Great. It keeps the classes from becoming overcrowded and keeps people from saving bikes in the spin class .
-- fat boy 5735, 2023-01-30

### *---- "Gym Hours?"
Unless I’m crazy, I can’t find the open and/or staffed hours of any of the gyms in this app which is pretty lacking. Heritage plaza may be 24 hours but the pool is only open when it’s staffed, so would be nice to have in the app to refer to. Similarly lacking are the phone numbers.
