I upgraded to the premium 3 days ago and I’m still not allowed to add more clothes. I don’t even have any other way to contact them as their AI responder doesn’t respond

### ***-- "Good but only 10 items"
The app edits around the clothes very well, and cuts out the background. But paying to have more than 10 item’s in your closet is crazy to me. I saw it on TikTok and I thought it was a good concept, and still do but I just can’t conceptualize paying $30.00 per year for a closet, especially as someone who doesn’t have a lot of disposable income I can’t find myself paying for this.

I love the idea of the app and what it’s supposed to do but in actuality the app doesn’t work. The app repeatedly force quits as I’m scrolling through garments (while on the app AND the site). It likely malfunctions because I have a lot of pieces uploaded but that’s the whole reason I got the app. Even when I tried creating outfits on “shuffle” it’ll just keep reshuffling the same garments over and over besides shuffling ALL of my pieces. I paid for the full features of the app but I haven’t been able to create outfits. Even the two I successfully made for “practice” there isn’t a way for me to add accessories to the outfit. Just top, layering piece, bottom and shoe. Maybe in a year or two after plenty of updates the app will be functional

It’s a great concept and super user friendly but here are a few things I would love updated - 1: I would love for there to be an option to filter colors for when it generates outfits for me. 2: in “create a fit” it would be great to tap on a garment  and be able to switch it out manually with your own selection. 3: would love to be able to add accessories. 4: i’d also like for there to be an update for the layering section. 5: it’d be great if I had a selection for weather or type of event (formal, semi formal casual, etc.) —— overall really cool concept I think a few minor tweaks and y’all got a winner.

i actually liked it a lot not even gonna lie it was fun to use and did what it said it would do so no real complaints on that part but man i really wish it coulda been unlimited like that’s the main thing that kinda ruined it for me cuz once you hit that limit it’s like dang now what like i was just getting into it and then boom u gotta wait or pay more or do extra stuff and that lowkey took the vibe away a bit like if it was unlimited i prob woulda gave it 5 stars easy no question but cuz of the limit it just don’t hit the same after a while but overall it’s still cool and i did enjoy using it while it lasted so ima give it a solid 3 stars like not bad at all just coulda been better if they ain’t cap it like that

I got this app wanting to make new outfits with what i have so i just did the 10 item limit to test out if i would pay premium it either gives me such a obvious combination or something that doesnt make any sense at all and i made sure all the details of the items were correct so im just disappointed glad i didnt blindly pay premium this app is bad

### ****- "Love the app but"
I have used other virtual closet apps but like this one the most. I like how it automatically inputs the information, clears the background for easy visibility, and easy to throw on Poshmark when I know longer want the item. 

I wish there was more editing available where I could add a category. I have a lot of dresses but found I can only opt it in as a top so I’m better off not including it. I wish it was more customizable but other than that, it’s super cool and user friendly.
