## FITTR Description
Why wait for a health issue to strike? FITTR helps you stay ahead by preventing problems before they begin!

With a science-backed ecosystem of wearables, smart tools, lab tests, and expert coaching, FITTR helps you understand your body, act early, and increase your healthspan.

STEP 1: MEASURE- Know What’s Happening Inside Your Body

FITTR HART

FITTR’s smart wearable HART lets you track your health and lifestyle by monitoring key metrics like your sleep cycle, heart rate, & stress levels.

FITTR collects data from all your smart wearables and uses its in-built app tools, such as:

Macro calculator for the calories you consume & burn.
Protein calculator for your protein intake.
Body fat calculator for your fat percentage based on your body measurements.
BMR calculator for your basal metabolic rate & total energy expenditure.

FITTR SENSE
FITTR’s SENSE smart scale doesn’t just give you numbers but also meaningful insights on 50+ health metrics, including body fat percentage, muscle mass, & metabolic age to achieve true body composition balance.
With this, you can synchronise your biological age with your chronological age (Yes, both are two different things!).

STEP 2: DIAGNOSE- Understand What Needs Attention

Online Diagnostic Lab

Be it a random blood test or a specialised one, you can book any of them easily on our health consultation app. With FITTR, you no longer have to search ‘lab test near me’. Simply download our online lab test app & book:

CBC blood test
Full Body Medical Health Checkups
Women’s Health Checkups
Men’s Health Checkups
Heart Health Tests
Liver Function Tests
Allergy Tests
Anaemia Tests
Vitamin & Mineral Deficiency Tests

STEP 3: INTERVENTION- Lifestyle Changes That Last

Once you measure and diagnose, you figure out what needs attention. FITTR helps you take the right action with:

Nutrition

The more junk you prefer, the quicker your body degrades & the healthier you eat, the longer you will live. FITTR gives you custom diet & exercise plans aligned with your biomarkers and fitness goals.

Personalized Workouts

Would a weight loss diet plan work in your favour if you are looking to gain some weight? No, right? That’s exactly why our app offers personalised workout plans for people with different physical goals. You can even opt for home workout plans or guided gym sessions & link them all together to your nutrition plan!

Chat with Expert Coaches

With a team of 700+ internationally certified coaches & experts, don’t just lose weight or gain muscle. They improve your overall healthspan through a personalised end-to-end preventive healthcare ecosystem.

STEP 4: REPEAT – The Healthy Loop

FITTR’s preventive health model is built on the powerful principle of:

Measure → Diagnose → Intervention → Repeat

Continously track, learn & improve to stay one step ahead of a potential health risk.

Start Your Journey Today
Preventive healthcare isn’t a quick fix; it’s a lifelong approach to living better. With FITTR, it’s not just about living longer. It’s about improving your healthspan.

### *---- "Add Tea with milk and without sugar option"
While loagging food consumption
I don’t see milk tea without sugar option which is famous preferred by many people
-- iamdhrumilshah, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Fittr diet triggered Erythema Nodosum permanent skin disease"
I followed fittr diet for 6months. It was all protein oriented. Was suggested to eat a lot of Soya chunks and eggs. That diet changed something in my system that I started getting lumps from Erythema Nodosum whenever I eat eggs now. Still suffering after checkups and all sort of medical tests. Such diets don’t suit all. Let the body take what it is used to since our childhood.
-- Namrataping, 2024-11-13

### ***** "Great mentor"
Priyanka Thakur, I would like to thank you for the wonderful coaching u have given me.your style and method is very effective, helping me to refocus my energies and complete some fitness goals in my busy life.I wouldn’t be this far along in my goals or have this much courage to push forward without your support..u are a wonderful coach..thank u for motivating and inspiring..

-- oreo fluffy, 2024-10-12

### *---- "One of the worst"
Its completely useless. Dont put money into it. Get the plan and exercise on youtube for free. Do NOT waste your money. Iam regretting. They take zero accountability.
-- Crasnag, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Worst experience"
I paid full price on a personal coach but he didn’t even connect with me, my all money had wasted…… please don’t believe this SCAM 🙏🙏🙏 they are just trying to Fool us
-- Arjunc 93, 2024-09-16

### *---- "Not able to get previous charts"
Whenever I’m trying to login I am getting error as ‘something went wrong. Please try again later. It’s really frustrating as I am not able to access my previous diet and training chart.
-- Amruta07, 2024-08-16

### *---- "Very Rude Customer Service"
When I asked them in Instagram about their programs. When I said I'm not interested, they rudely said if I was looking for free stuff i go look somewhere else.! Hardly doubt now if any of their Instagram video weight-loss story is of their own clients.!
