## Fityou Description
Fityou workouts provide daily routines for all your major muscle groups. With just a few minutes a day, you can build muscle and stay in shape at home without going to the gym. All exercises are optimized with the body parameters that you provide daily.

This app has exercises for abs, chest, legs, arms as well as exercises for the whole body. All exercises are designed by professionals. All of them require no equipment so no gym is required. It only takes a few minutes a day but it can effectively tone your muscles and help you get six pack abs at home.

Warm-up and stretching steps are designed to make sure you're training scientifically. With animations and video tutorials for each exercise, you can be sure you're using the right pattern in every exercise.

More than a personal trainer - it offers not only home exercises but also a diet to help you build muscle fast. Stick with home workouts and you'll notice a change in your physique in just a few short weeks.
