I have a $15 credit, but there’s no way to use it. The same thing happened last Monday, so the manager gave me a credit for my frustration. I can see it in the app, but I can’t use either discount. I’ve had to get in and out of the app several times and create my order over and over again. It’s so frustrating! And you can’t call the order in anymore with them, so I usually choose another place from my office to order, and they lose out between 15 orders. Every time we choose to order in for meetings , which is very often. This is by far the most outdated app. Also, you can’t remove a lot of items in your food. Only what they choose to put down that you can remove. Let’s say you don’t want meat in your meal. Good luck no way to take the meat out like you can if you were at the restaurant or when you called I have just decided to not order from 54th Street again. MY daughter called, after I said it was fine as we both just got off work and were hungry. All she asked for was the missing separately placed ingredients that aren’t even put into the food it’s put on the side. She spoke to 2 different people “CLAIMING” to be the manager and they said unless we take the whole order in there was nothing they could do. We weren’t asking for refund or new order just missing items.
