No refund
Bastard sat in the parking lot for three hours, canceled the order. No one will refund me. Never order here
No room for delivery instructions 😡
I love the fries! I used to live in a house with roommates. Now I live in an apartment. The delivery was left up some rickety stairs BECAUSE the was NO ROOM in the app for DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS. That sucked major because I don’t do stairs well. Please make your “delivery instructions “ space more that 9 characters long so it’s actually useful. Again, love the fries. Thanks!
Horrible app
All they want is your personal information. Beware of this app. Why would they not let you look at their menu without giving them your information. Delete. Bye. Plenty of other burger joints

New Clintonville location is Fantastic
The order was correct BUT!!!
When the order was placed through the app and you select the location and I got link in a text and select the link and it shows order is complete but has the wrong location so that is whacked. You should really test the app better so it doesn’t cause all that pain
