App is slick and the classes are good but it gives no guidance on progress. When do I stop being a beginner? The AI coach seems to say the same things every time and gives no guidance of what level I am at or what I should focus on. I just pick seasons at random hoping in will feel better. I had hoped for more for the price.

Like many others, I have tried loads of apps, and bailed on them. Danielle sent me a message when I asked what the best way to utilize the app is, and what classes to do when, how often etc…

I got such a detailed response that I am looking forward to adding the routine to my daily routine, and making breathwork a part of life. This isn’t just to learn how to breathe. It’s to work with physiological processes, sleep, relaxation and all of which breathwork can help!

The company cares and wants to improve your quality of life, and they show it in action. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

App is VERY expensive, $45 lump payments every 3 months or $90 a year. No option for monthly payments. When you get through the app there is a video from the creator that cannot be skip so I deleted the app. Terrible interface to force people that are trying the app to watch an irrelevant video. Done, gone, expensive and not well thought out. Needs a one month trial so you can test out this breath work theory to see if it can help you, 3 days is not enough and allow monthly payments instead of force people dump a large amount of money at once. Lower the cost, $10 per month is even too much for something I do for free everyday. Allow us to skip the unless video to test your app. Until then, bye.

The production value is fire, the content is top-notch, and the instructors are excellent public speakers and teachers! I’ve really enjoyed using this app! Looking forward to it being able to sync with devices other than Apple Watch so I can really find out how my effort is translating into results! Really well done, team!

Update 01/21/26: thanks to the developers for your reply! I didn’t realize I could at least already broadcast my heartbeat and then get AI insights afterward. I just tested it out. The feature worked smoothly and the AI insights were actually insightful! Excited for all the developments to come! ❤️
