It’s ridiculous that a job platform in which you can hire UI/UX and programmers professionals have such a nonsense app UX that doesn’t feature the basics of it’s web version such as visualizing comments on pictures you share with your client, not mentioning that on both versions I have to keep reloading the page to see new messages. That makes me wonder, either Fiverr has no good programmers or UI/UX professionals on their team or platform making them struggle with it, or they have such disregard with their costumers that they don’t even bother fixing those basic problems. (Probably the second one). Please fix it, it’s outrageous that I have to give 20% of my share to the platform and have those kind of problems! X(

The app charges a 20% commission on sales. the support does nothing to help, despite taking a 20% fee. It's useless.

Good app to do online business

No problems with the platform whatsoever. However, the font makes a capital “I” look like a lowercase “l”. Please consider a change in font type for less confusion when typing.

セラーとして登録し、時間をかけてギグを作成して出品しましたが拒否されました。理由を問い合わせたところ、そのカテゴリーの出品は禁止されているということでした。ですが、明らかにファイバー上にカテゴリーが存在しており、出品がたくさんあります。スクリーンショットを撮ってなぜ禁止されているカテゴリーが存在しているのか再度問い合わせると、これから取り除かれていく方針であるとのことでした。それでも新規出品を確認すると、続々と新しいギグが登場しています。 納得がいかずその後も何度か問い合わせしたところ、規約に違反した出品をしたという理由でレッドフラグが立ち、これ以上フラグが立つとアカウント停止すると警告されました。嫌がらせのような対応にかなり驚きました。ちなみに、そのカテゴリーが禁止されている旨はホームページに一切記載がありませんでした。また、私のギグは同カテゴリーの他のギグと比較して特に変わった内容なわけではありません。 ファイバーフォーラムを確認したところ、カスタマーサポートに何度も質問したらレッドフラグが立ったと訴えるセラーが他にもおられました。また、レビューが100以上ついていたギグが突然停止され、復元もできないと嘆いているセラーも見られました。 私はココナラでもサービスを出品していますが、ココナラの場合、記述に違反があると事前に注意喚起があり、何が悪かったのかを指摘されます。ファイバーのように理由も告げられずに強制停止されることはありません。 ファイバーはこういうことを平然とする企業なので、セラーとして販売を考えている方は要注意です。かなり強権的なので交渉ができる感じではありません。私は事前にこのことを知れてかえって良かったかもしれません。私の場合、撤退することに決めました。

登録して以来毎日のように詐欺のメッセージばかりが届き、そして詐欺のメッセージがどんなことを言うのかと会話をしていたらアカウントを停止されました。びっくりした。わたしからは何も提案していないし、また受け入れてもいないのに。 最低です。どんなサービスをしてどんな物の見方をしているのか。狂ってる。 Since signing up I have received nothing but scam messages every day, and then when I had a conversation about what the scam messages said, my account was suspended. I was surprised. I didn't offer them anything and I didn't accept them. It's disgusting. What kind of service and what kind of view of things do they have? Crazy.
