Unable to save the perk or promotion for in-store use, and the app fails to update my points after completing the transaction.

Lately I have not been able to get on it is stating that my email already exists I’m confused please help me and I have tried reaching out to support but it’s saying how to update my phone number please

Can’t find any clear way to see past visits, points accumulated, how to track or report missing points. There doesn’t seem to be much functionality at all here.

This app doesn’t work if you’ve made an account using the terminal at wherever store you signed up at originally. I got a text saying to download this app. When I tried to log in it said my email was in use already. Like duh I’m logging in. But it won’t work and there’s no options to login or anything else so it’s just an absolute waste of deleted instantly because it doesn’t work

I cannot receive the 4 digit code from the sms message, and I have provided the correct smart phone number. Your customer support link on your website cannot be accessed. I have never had a problem logging in the FiveStars App before. Today was my first time having a problem receiving the numeric code to login.

Why is it saying my email is being used when I’m trying sign into the app?

This app used to be great but after the last update my rewards page never loads no matter how many times I refresh. Please fix! 🙏

I love this app tons and our customers love the convenience of it too! Do you guys have any plans to make an app for the business side too? It would be awesome to send out promotions and announcements from my phone on the go! Thanks, you guys rock

I want to mention, Christina and Abby at the store at Westgate. In Spartanburg, South Carolina, these two girls sure did help me tremendously. Christina explain the business the card the rewards to me where I can understand it and Abby helped me picking out a stroller. I am a 70-year-old great grandmother who just got custody of her infant great granddaughter, also my husband has stage four stomach cancer and we’re dealing with a lot, but these two girls really went above and beyond to help me out about things. I don’t know a whole lot about especially with babies. I look forward to going back and talking to them again real soon aboutclothes there and stroller and a bassinet bed a great place to shop ladies if you’re not there get out there and check them out reward and their great work and great personalities. They are truly people person. Thank you Paula Ranson.

Sometimes this app works when I open it. Other times it doesn’t even load. Refuses to open. Very annoying for me, especially if I’m supposed to save my rewards on the app.
