The most recent update includes hundreds if new categories. But you can only report things that are broken,  ot things that could be improved, eg changing the phasing on traffic lights, or reporting road signs are incorrect and so on. Also, you seatch for a place to show the map, then hit ‘Report a problem’ and then you have to enter the map location again and re-load the map. Why not just allow it straight from the map? Also, why doesn’t it ask you to login first, or even automatically, before you submit a report. So, great (fantastic) idea vut just not implemented that well. Puts you off reporting, which is probably in councils’ interest.

App submitted a picture to the wrong council. It seems like a basic problem.
Also, it’s hard to scroll through other reports. A shame as I switched to this app because I found a rival app Love Clean Streets kept crashing.

App often freezes, far too many questions just to report fly-tipping. The fact you have to confirm every time you report is ridiculous, very inefficient, seems to have built with the idea of putting people off reporting. Previous app used my LA, (Lovecleanstreets) was better and quicker to use

I’ve used this a few times now and it is great.  Easy to use when you see an issue that needs reporting to the local Council.  I like how you can pin the location of the issue on the in app map.  It gives you updates when the Council resolve or close the reports.  You can see what else has been reported in your area.

There is no way to report a problem again without going through the whole process again to report.
A pothole that was reported in June and given 6-8 weeks to fix is still there and it’s November!!
Bring up my original report and you cannot resend it or add a comment you have to do

Since the latest Apple update the app has changed to a Progressive Web App (PWA) I might as well be using Chrome.
Having used the app for over 5 years this is the worst user experience so far. Where the app was slick and easy to navigate this new version is clunky and confusing. Can we have the old app back please?

This used to be an OK app but it now just seems to be a wrapper around a buggy website. The map is completely unusable and zooms randomly when you try to scroll. Did anyone actually test this on an iPhone before releasing it?

Used to love this app as things get sorted however this app looks like it hasn’t been updated for a while for the newer iOS systems and I can’t login as it doesn’t show anything when I click it and it’s been like this for about a year now, also the interface doesn’t act as it should also down to no update for newer iOS systems.

### ***** "Excellent App; so easy and effective to use"
I have used this app for at least three years and it is not only incredibly easy to use but also very quick. It identifies location, takes photographs and you can select the title and describe the problem. 
You can report a pothole, a damaged footpath, non-working lights: eg at zebra crossings, in fact almost anything that councils have responsibility for. The app informs the relevant council anywhere in the UK and you get quick and regular updates on progress. Truly a tremendously useful app.
