## Fizz TV Reviews in Canada

-- Wizz-100, 2024-12-30

### ***** "It is a beta, but still [edited]"
I gave it 2 stars because I know bugs can happen.
But it’s still a bun that you cannot access the programming right away. I was expecting more of a buggy experience rather than no experience at all. Let’s hope it changes in the near future but as of now it is not working.
Edit: Now it’s working almost flawlessly, which for a beta is amazing. Let’s see what they have to offer in the future

### ***-- "Good beta version, but..."
Good start, I like it. It was about time Quebecor offered its channels on streaming. I’ve been using it for several months now, and no one ever took my user feedback, which is a shame because I’ve completely forgotten about my onboarding experience. You’re UX team is not in a hurry, clearly 😅 There’s no option in the app to send feedback, which is rare for a beta app. Anyway, from my user perspective, it would be helpful to make the filter applied to the channels displayed permanent. I have to reapply it every day, either because I close the app by habit or due to a bug in the app. Also, on my Fizz account, I have to cancel my subscription to change my channels, which is a tedious process. I’ve had to do it once a month. You have to choose a cancellation reason, and “Channel Change” isn’t an option. I end up selecting that I change for a random competitor, which must skew your data. Now I have a super long list of canceled TV plans on my account, and I don’t get why you’re displaying this. I just don't need it.
-- rinc2011, 2024-10-30

### ****- "Bon à date…"
Ça serait beaucoup mieux si on pouvait caster sur ChromeCast!
-- PacemInTerris, 2024-10-25
