Designed to detect flame, it can detect many home fires hundreds of times faster than traditional smoke alarms. Detect flame in seconds, alerting you to fire much faster and helping prevent fire from ever getting out of hand in the first place.

How does a Flame Detector compare to a smoke alarm?
Smoke alarms work by detecting small particles of combustion (smoke) that must travel into the smoke alarm’s sensing chamber before ever alarming. Depending on the location of the fire to the proximity of the smoke alarm, it can take tens of minutes before a smoke alarm is activated.
The Flame Detector, on the other hand, constantly monitors for the presence of flame in your home, and the moment it detects unwanted fire, you’re notified. It’s that simple!

The Flame Detector is beautifully designed to monitor spaces where a flame should never exist, like a child’s bedroom, playroom or even your garage.
