Flara logs real-time duration to Apple Health -- no Flara account, no Flara servers, your data lives in Apple Health. WHAT FLARA DOES Apple Health lets you log symptoms after the fact, but there is no way to tap "this started now" and track it in real time. Flara fills that gap. 1. Tap to start tracking a symptom 2. A Live Activity appears on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island showing elapsed time 3. When you feel better, tap to stop 4. Flara saves a complete record to Apple Health with accurate start and end times That is it. The record lives safely in Apple Health. TRACK ANY SYMPTOM, FOR ANY REASON Starting a new prescription and watching for side effects? Recovering from an illness and wondering when symptoms clear? Living with migraines, IBS, fibromyalgia, long COVID, or another recurring condition, tired of guessing how long the last flare lasted? Flara tracks each one in real time and saves the record to Apple Health. Track 39 symptoms across six categories: - General Illness: fever, fatigue, coughing, sore throat, and more - Head & Neurological: headache, dizziness, mood changes, sleep changes - Heart & Chest: chest tightness, rapid heartbeat, skipped heartbeat - Digestive & GI: nausea, bloating, heartburn, appetite changes, and more - Musculoskeletal & Skin: lower back pain, acne, dry skin, hair loss - Hormonal & Reproductive: hot flashes, night sweats, breast pain ALWAYS VISIBLE Live Activities keep your active symptom on the Lock Screen, Dynamic Island, and Apple Watch. There is no notification to dismiss and no app to reopen, just a running timer until you end it. PRIVACY FIRST No Flara account. No Flara servers. No analytics. No data collection. Symptom records are written directly to Apple Health, where Apple's end-to-end encrypted iCloud Health sync may sync them across your devices -- Flara never reads them back. Your card list and in-progress timers sync across your Apple devices through your private iCloud account, encrypted with your own keys before leaving your device. FREE TO START Flara includes a 30-day free trial with no payment information required. After the trial, headache and nausea tracking remain free forever.
