For what? They can better assist you, I’m like ok sure all to be transferred over to a lady who told me, I am going to send a link to your number on file for you to do the verification, I’m like ok, thinking everything would be ok. Umm no, I sent the information and was told they need further verification for an account that I’ve had for 4 years that my direct deposits from work goes to. I have bills that need to be paid from the money in my account they have taken over. And a day later still no resolution and after being told my drivers license couldn’t be used they then requested for me to send a bill showing my address all for me to be told I need to need call the risk team in the morning after a person corresponded with me past business hours through email all to be told to contact the risk team huh, which further outraged me to be treated like this after all these verifications and still no resolution, I am very upset and confused . I’ve never had this problem, Very strange and don’t know why me? I’ve been trying to get an authorization hold released from an order that was canceled three weeks ago. Attempted to speak with a supervisor spending the last week nicely trying to get it resolved as the merchant said they have done everything on their end to have it released over two weeks ago. I spent three hours on the phone, mostly on hold, to speak with a supervisor but it took three “accidental” transfers back to the main number before a Supervisor spoke with me and said that I have to do their work for them and request a letter from the merchant stating the order was canceled. When I attempted to do a three way call with merchant the Supervisor hung up the call.
