How much does Flash cost?
Flash has several in-app purchases/subscriptions, the average in-app price is $7.99.
Had an issue with my connection dropping out at home because I exceeded the connections. It was my fault because I was logged into flash on my work computer :)). I hope this can be fixed so that I don’t have to drive all the way to my workplace to log out of flash :)). Resetting the password as advised by Hubble support did not fix the problem. I had to drive all the way to work to log off the flash to resolve this issue. Other than that, it works perfect! No other issues at all! I love Flash! It’s good.
Painful
If this app was free fair enough, but paying a monthly subscription for an app that constantly won’t work is annoying.
The main reason we have Flash is to watch Sky news Australia, but the option to watch Sky Australia live never seems to work, the only option is to watch a program from the time it started which could be from 2 hours ago, I want to see live TV coverage not from a few hours ago. Sometimes there is no option at all to watch Sky Australia, so for me this app is only deserving of 1 star, it’s just too hard, hopefully another option to watch Sky becomes available soon.
Takes days to update new content
Used to be good when Streamotion used by Foxtel. Now it’s Hubbl. Don’t know if they’re the same company rebranded or not. Either way, updating programs for catch up viewing is beyond dismal. Now takes 4-5 days for some shows I watch - both Sky & overseas. Done all the trouble-shooting like deleting, re-installing. My iPhone runs on IOS 17+. So what’s the problem suddenly? I’ll be ditching my subscription if the app continues to disappoint.
Programs not updated. Shows start midway through
I’m not sure why this isn’t fixed but we pay to see shows on demand and they should be there. One of my favourite shows has not been updated since 5 July. Also why when we open a show at what should be the start, we find it is already advanced and therefore it cuts off before the end. To see the start of the show you have to look at the ending of the previous show. C’mon - how hard can this be.
Happy with it
Hey im with the app but i cant watch replay shows from fox news
Thanks
Please update
Why have you stopped updating FoxNews this week? None of the shows are showing the ones that have already played this week.
Too Many Users - you have exceeded the maximum. Umber of screens for your subscription
I keep getting the above message when I’m only using one connection. The last time I contacted their support I was told to change my password. This is only a temporary fix. The issue keeps coming back. Also, clicking on the “from start” button on news channels does not work. Serious indexing issues. Please fix it.
Program not working
I had to work on Sunday and missed Outsiders, annoying that the link is not working for Mr to catch up.
Frustrated
Like all Foxtel Australia apps - Binge, Foxtel Go, Flash News etc, this is another stinker from Rupert. All unreliable and borderline useless. Yet have zero problems with competitiors - eg Netflix and the like.
So I know it’s not a problem at our end.
What’s the point in overpaying by millions of dollars for AFL/NRL sports TV rights when the gear you have to reach your paying consumers is totally third rate.
Good for live news, bad for earlier content
Every past clip is named something like “Morning News Jan 1” so you have absolutely no ability to browse recent productions and pick out some things to watch. There’s undoubtedly gems buried in those extensive archives, but it’s impossible to discover any of them. If you’re a live news junkie, you’ll probably enjoy this app as you can spend hours channel-surfing across a fairly diverse range of news providers. If you’re someone who’s more protective of your time, you’d be better off trawling YouTube and podcasts to find high quality news clips.
