For registered monthly parkers in FlashParking supported facilities, the consumer app will allow for frictionless access to gated parking via our proprietary FlashBeacon Bluetooth technology. Monthly parkers will no longer need to roll down their window to scan a badge. They can simply use the app to connect seamlessly to the Bluetooth enabled kiosk and gain entry or exit automatically for an enhanced parking experience.

Inconvenience for new workers!
The app will not let me “validate my phone” even though I get a text saying “your phone is registered”. There’s now way to get past this screen so basically I can’t use the app at all and there’s no one to “contact” about it.
terrible app
literally doesn’t work and the creators won’t do anything to fix it. i haven’t been able to use it in my parking garage for over 2 months.
Crashes repeatedly when using Bluetooth
Useless 90% of the time, crashing repeatedly when waiting to open the gate. Often have to resort to other means of opening the gate, while cars behind me line up. Anyone who is purchasing this system for their company (or renewing a contract) should take note of these reviews.
Cannot remove an old car-app closes on own
Had to get a new license plate after the process of moving, now the system doesn’t recognize the new plate, and the app closes when I try to scan the bar code.
Ever one of these one star reviews is right. You will be consistently frustrated.
It’s one thing if your app doesn’t work. It’s another thing if your app not working causes a 11 car backup and leaves those people waiting while the app restarts and freezes. People honking, beeping, and cursing as the app causes people to be late to appointments, work, etc.
Lazy Developer & Company
Flash just doesn’t update their app often enough. Phones and operating systems change and update, which means your app needs to update.
As of this review it has been 8 months since the app was last updated.
We have an extremely expensive FlashParking gate system, this app is used by employees and is constantly crashing for many of our 300+ users.
Talking to our account rep has fallen on deaf ears as well. Do better.

Major Issues
This app has some really big flaws that cause frequent frustration. Mainly, if you don’t wait in front of the kiosk upon exiting the garage for a certain amount of time, it won’t let you back in because it thinks your car is still in the garage. I’ve had this happen a number of times. Every time it does, I call the help number, and I’ve gotten a response a whopping one time. So if you aren’t able to get back in the garage and need help, you might as well just give up.
This App Needs Overhauled
Entering a leaving a garage should not cause the level of frustration this app causes me everyday. I was able to sign up, etc. without issue but forget using the Bluetooth to open the garage gate. The only think that seems to work is the barcode which is pretty inconvenient. Will the app be fixed/upgraded anytime soon???
