I use this on my iPad and it’s so helpful I also have my moms apple id on here
It is a good app but when I am on day 15 it makes me do 2 days in one day
Easy way to lose weight first time I used it I lost 4lbs
I love the 30 day workout programs. With the app, the shake and counting my calories I am shedding my belly fat fast.. thank you for the App!!!

Just signed up and am so excited to get started! So far have just been broths I learn the app and everything looks amazing from the workouts to the recipes! As soon as the clearance comes from the doctor to start the exercises I will definitely be adding these into my daily routine. In the meantime I’m starting with the recipes and getting my nutrition on track.
I have never had a workout app that is actually free all the way! Typically it’s “free” but then you have to pay for everything in between but it’s actually free and I love that!! WOULD RECOMMEND
Everything is free, there are amazing meals and workouts for free. There’s also a shop to buy supplements and other things. And there a whole community here. It’s a great app for women 10/10
